We are a small family- owned lawn care business looking for a new team member!

Our company is looking for a motivated team player who has the desire to work outdoors with minimal supervision and provide our customers with exceptional service. Qualified candidate will help provide lawn care services (fertilization, weed control, insect control, aeration, seeding, etc.) to residential and/or commercial customers.

Applicants must:

- have a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED).

- be able to read, write and communicate effectively.

- be courteous, responsible, detail oriented and focused on customer service.

- be clean, neat, and professional in appearance.

- have and maintain valid Virginia Driver License, excellent driving record and be insurable.

- be able to lift and carry 50lbs and work in various weather conditions.

- Work Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays.

Must have Lawn Care Experience! Having an active Pesticide License is a plus but the company will help applicant obtain a Virginia Pesticide License if needed. (Training and materials will be provided).

This Position is Full Time

-Starting hourly rate $16.00 plus overtime (if applicable)

-Raises in hourly rate will occur based on performance

-Sales Commission opportunities

-Paid Holidays & Vacation after 1 year of employment
